A practice tool, not legal advice
Asylum Court Practice helps you learn how an immigration court hearing or a USCIS asylum interview runs, and practise answering questions through an interpreter. It is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. Using it does not create a lawyer–client relationship. Talk to a lawyer or an accredited representative about your case.
Tell the truth
The app never tells you what to say and never improves your answers. In a real hearing, say what you remember of what really happened. If you do not remember, say so. Where the app points out that two accounts differ, check with your lawyer; the truth comes first.
No predictions
The app does not score you, rate your credibility or predict any outcome. The questions, the interpretation and the debrief are made by AI and can be wrong. Real judges, attorneys, officers and interpreters may act differently.
Not for use during a real hearing
Do not use the app to prompt you during a real hearing or interview.
Hearing passes
Hearing passes are bought through Apple, last 90 or 180 days from purchase and do not renew automatically. The official sample case, the guide and one practice of one part of your story are free. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Fair use
Do not try to get around the app's limits, use it to produce statements or evidence, or use it in a way that harms others. Daily limits apply to keep the service available.
Your content
What you import, write and say is yours. We do not keep it on our servers; see the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made in your case or for losses from using the app.
